Navigating through Faber’s Specifications, Installation and Parts Documents
Buying a hood can be a lengthy process when you are undecided on which style or features may be essential in your kitchen space. Faber is here to help you identify what range hood you may be looking for. When choosing a product on our website, we list each items Spec page, Installation manual and Parts page. To find this information click on the Technical Specs option at the top of our web page. After clicking on Current or Discontinued hood specs, all part numbers are listed by alphabetical order.
The first page listed on the website is the Spec’s page. This is a main overview of each product. This page will include a picture of the product, the model number or any key features such as electronic controls and LED lighting. Specifications are listed on the second page. Specifications include the min/max in ceiling height at which the hood should be installed and what is included in the purchase such as baffle or mesh filters. For your convenience a dimensional image is also available. Accessories such as make up air dampers and CFM reducer kit part numbers are also listed.
The installation manual is listed next on the web page. This document is essential when installing each hood into your kitchen. Every product model is different so it is important to read all instructions before securing your hood. The installation manual includes all parts included for installation, the specific ducting method and a use and care manual. The use and care documentation gives the customer tips on how to clean your grease filters or how to replace your lighting if necessary.
Listed third is the Parts page. This document lists all parts included in your particular hood and the quantity of each part you should have received upon purchasing the product. If the incorrect quantities of parts are sent or if you are in need of a new part, each part number is listed for your convenience.
