Complete all fields and supply proof of purchase. If the unit is within the Faber warranty period, we will respond back with a service job number and once an authorized provider has been assigned, the Consumer Email below will receive an email with the service provider’s contact information. If the unit is beyond the Faber warranty period, we are unable to coordinate service for you, however, we will provide you a link to a map of service providers who can troubleshoot and service your Faber product.
