Faber Service Request

Complete all fields and supply proof of purchase. If the unit is within the Faber warranty period, we will respond back with a service job number and once an authorized provider has been assigned, the Consumer Email below will receive an email with the service provider’s contact information. If the unit is beyond the Faber warranty period, we are unable to coordinate service for you, however, we will provide you a link to a map of service providers who can troubleshoot and service your Faber product. You will need to contact them directly to schedule service.

Product Information

You can find the model and serial number of your hood by looking for the white UL label (See sample label below). It is located on the inside of the hood underneath the grease filters. Be sure your range hood is turned off before locating the Model & Serial Number.
If issue relates to cosmetic damage, please upload photos of damage
Note: models purchased after 3/1/22, the warranty period is 2 years.
